About Desktop Canvascore
A Petaling Jaya desk that reads ride-hailing app exports for operators who need corridor-level clarity.
Origin
Desktop Canvascore began when fleet managers in the Klang Valley kept asking the same question after exporting trip files: what should we change before Friday? The brand formed around answering that question in writing — not by selling another screen to watch.
What we do
We prepare app analytics briefings for ride-hailing platforms and partner fleets. Analysts sit with trip legs, cancellation rows, and partner online hours, then return findings framed for Malaysian corridors, weather, and festival calendars.
People
Our core team combines former dispatch supervisors and quantitative analysts who have worked ride-hailing operations around Petaling Jaya, Kuala Lumpur, and Penang. Engagements are led by a named briefing owner; junior analysts support charting and data hygiene.
Working approach
- Clarify the operational question before touching files.
- Limit the export window so findings stay actionable.
- Write for the people who set rosters, not for slide theatres.
- Leave decisions with the client — we brief; we do not run your fleet.
Values
- Specificity over spectacle
- Corridor context over generic benchmarks
- Clear boundaries on what a briefing can and cannot claim
Community
We keep relationships with ops communities across Malaysia’s main metro areas and share selected, anonymised Field Notes so smaller fleets can learn from patterns without exposing their own partners.
