Provider and process
Desktop Canvascore analysts in Petaling Jaya run the review. After intake, you upload exports to our agreed secure channel. We validate completeness, run the analysis, and schedule the walkthrough once the draft is stable.
Preparation
Provide exports for at least four consecutive weeks when possible. Flag known outages, promotions, or weather events that distorted the window. Nominate one ops contact who can answer corridor questions within 48 hours.
Constraints
Reviews cover one primary metro area per engagement unless scoped otherwise. Extremely incomplete exports may pause the clock until gaps are filled.
