Acceptance
By accessing desktop-canvascore.click or commissioning a briefing from Desktop Canvascore, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or engage our services.
Services described
The site describes professional app analytics briefings for ride-hailing operators. Descriptions are informational. A binding scope, fee, and timeline appear only in a written estimate or engagement letter accepted by both parties.
No software licence
Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, paying for a briefing does not grant a software licence, dashboard seat, or ongoing monitoring product.
Intellectual property
Site content, briefing templates, and deliverables remain the intellectual property of Desktop Canvascore until and except as assigned in an engagement letter. Clients may use delivered briefings internally for fleet operations. Public redistribution requires prior written consent.
Client data
You warrant that exports you provide are lawfully shared with us for analysis. You must not send unnecessary personal data. See our Privacy Policy.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of Malaysia, Desktop Canvascore is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the site or reliance on briefing findings. Our aggregate liability for a paid engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.
Findings are analytical opinions based on supplied data and stated assumptions. They are not guarantees of revenue, safety outcomes, or regulatory compliance.
Website accuracy
We aim to keep pages current but may update rates, service descriptions, and policies without prior notice. Published starting prices are guides, not standing offers.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Courts in Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or related engagements, subject to any mandatory consumer protections.
